1. Catalog & Direct Display Model
Burrabazar.in operates exclusively as an online digital showcase and product catalog for Fancy Stores. This website does not function as an e-commerce platform and does not process automated online transactions or payment gateways. All purchases are completed either in-person at our physical store or through direct local coordination via WhatsApp.

2. Delivery & Service Region
Orders, local dispatches, and store pickups are strictly limited to locations within West Bengal. We do not ship or supply products outside the state of West Bengal.

3. Minimum Purchase Policy (MOQ)
All sales require a minimum order volume of 4 pieces in total. Buyers may freely mix and match any combination of products, designs, colors, and sizes across the catalog to reach the 4-piece threshold. Requests for individual retail units (fewer than 4 pieces) will not be fulfilled.

4. Pricing & Stock Availability
Prices displayed across the digital catalog are fixed and non-negotiable. Catalog items are subject to real-time physical store inventory. Due to daily movement at our Burrabazar location, specific designs or sizes may sell out without prior notice.

5. Payment Terms
For local dispatch requests within West Bengal, orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch via UPI or direct bank transfer. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

6. Inspection, Refunds & Exchange Policy
Customers visiting our Burrabazar store are encouraged to inspect fabric quality, fit, and finishing prior to purchase.
Exchanges and cash refunds are available in person at our Burrabazar shop. This applies to in-store purchases and to orders dispatched via courier or local delivery.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order is strictly 4 pieces in total. You are free to mix and match any product, any design, any size, and any color across the entire website. As long as your total order is at least 4 pieces, you get these wholesale rates.

Can I buy 1 or 2 pieces?
No. We do not sell 1 or 2 pieces under any circumstances. To get these rates, you must purchase a minimum of 4 pieces in total.

Can I inspect the fabric quality in person before buying?
Absolutely. You are welcome to visit our shop, check the fabric, inspect the quality in person, and pick your 4 pieces directly.
